The loading screen should take no more than 15 seconds on first load - if it takes longer than this then you probably have a problem. We are working hard to ensure that almost every problem that can occur is captured and reported however sometimes there is a conflict or issue that cannot be displayed. If you are using Internet Explorer then there is no hope as IE doesnt provide much debugging - if that is the case please contact us for assistance - for free!
If you download and install the Firefox Browser and install the Firebug Add-On then you will be able to see an error message in FireBug telling you why you cannot use tags and why the loading is failing. - You can use this information to work out whats wrong and put it right
